Contenido :  Objetivos: Estudiar la influencia de diferentes sistemas de alimentación en la aceptabilidad y preferencia de las carnes uruguayas por los consumidores europeos (España, Alemania, Francia y Reino Unido). Analizar las características sensoriales de la carne proveniente de diferentes sistemas de alimentación, mediante paneles de expertos. Estudiar la influencia de diferentes sistemas de alimentación en las características nutricionales de las carnes uruguayas y su potencial efecto sobre la salud humana. Evaluar la productividad de los diferentes sistemas productivos con niveles de intensificación variable.
